I will typically batch ship orders once a week to once every two weeks, so please allow time for it to get to you!

Cancellations

You may opt to cancel any orders before I have begun packing and shipping your order, which is typically a few days after placing it. Please use the link provided in your confirmation email if you would like to do so.

Damaged/Quality Issues

I do my best to pack and ship every order carefully. All books and prints are flat-packed in rigid cardboard mailers and wrapped in glassine, which is a non-plastic waterproof paper for protection from water damage.

Once it leaves my hands the package is the responsibility of the USPS, and as such I can't offer refunds for any damage or loss that may incur in transit.

Refunds Policies

As this shop mostly consists of small-print run and handmade goods, I can't offer returns or refunds once products have shipped, with the exception of orders cancelled before they have begun to be packed.

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Accepted Payment Methods

I accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods. 

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, I am unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
